WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. You can cancel your event up to three months before your date for a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within three months of the event, your deposit may be forfeited. Rescheduling is possible depending on availability, but additional fees may apply, particularly if changes are made within less than three months of the date.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY?
Our venue can host up to 130 guests for gatherings. The capacity of the event space may vary depending on your event’s layout—whether you plan for cocktails, dinner, and dancing, or a seated ceremony and reception. We can help guide you on the best use of space based on your guest count and event vision.
CAN I BRING MY OWN DRINKS?
Yes, you are permitted to bring your own alcoholic beverages. However, the sale of them on the premises is not permitted.
DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE CATERERS AND VENDORS?
Yes, the use of outside caterers and vendors is permitted. Please inquire for recommendations.
DO YOU HAVE ONSITE PARKING?
Yes, we offer ample public and private onsite parking.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?
To officially reserve your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. Once both are received, your wedding date is confirmed on our calendar, and we’ll begin working with you to plan your special day.
WHEN IS MY FINAL BALANCE DUE?
The final balance is due 30 days before your event. We’ll send a friendly reminder with a detailed breakdown of any outstanding fees to ensure everything is in order.
